Hello, We are currently experiencing an issue when ordering Tax Certificates through ProSuite. An error message is displayed and the 'Open File' button is not operational, however orders are being processed. You can find your Tax Certificate when logging in to TCOL and navigating to Purchase History. Thank you for your patience.
